I know tho original write up herehas the overload leaf being left in but have heard that many take it out like the instructions indicate. Is there any difference between leaving it in or out other than the height?

So I have a 2015 TRD Pro and as you probably know the back of the truck always looks like it is sitting low compared to the front, especially with a full tank of gas and/or carrying anything in the bed of the truck. I want to level the back of the truck with the front, or have the back slightly higher. Was looking at the ICON 51100 Multi-Leaf Add-A-Leaf / Expansion Pack Set from . SKU: IVD 51100. Has any one with a Pro gone this route? I know the instructions say to leave the overload spring in, but was debating leaving it in if I decide to do this. My project list is growing and had no time to do any of them cause of work, but whats one more on the table? :)

    Thanks in advance

You should also consider the Wheelers branded unit as well. From my understanding they are made by the same company and just labeled differently. Wouldn't hurt to save a few bucks if you're getting the same product.

I saw the wheelers brand on the same page but I thought it said it was 2" lift as the ICON was 1.5". Still looking if any other TRDPro owners have done this and how the truck sits

Same reason as everything else that's rebranded I imagine. Icon's bigger name and advertising budget garner's more sales and attention?

JMC3800, How is the ride, is it noticeably different? Does your truck sit a bit higher in the back? Also, did u leave the overload spring in?

My truck rides nice it's a little softer, it also sits higher in the back and I didn't use the over load spring. I would recommend this to correct the rear suspension.

Yea, I own a townhouse that is controlled & maintained by an Association, it has its good points & bad points. I do have a one car garage but it is very small one car garage and already has a car in there that I have owned since 1985. I might have to look into finding someone or a shop to install the kit for me. I have done other thing in the driveway with no complaints,...yet, but wheels off, rearend on a jack might raise some questions.

    Click my build thread!
Ordered the wheelers 3 leaf setup last night hopefully it will pick up the rear of mine back to level. Ever since I put the shell on the rear sag is killing me, even with my steel bumper on the front the front still sits higher.

Leave the overload in when you reassemble the leafs

Trying to ditch my 1.5" block right now and need some options... I have airbags in the back for heavy loads so they don't have to be crazy heavy duty. I'd like to be able to be level with my front end. ARB Bumper, OME 885, 5100's, 1/4 top spacers. Whats the best options?? The 3 leaf AAL with the overload left in?
