Ok, so after a lot of research, I went with this lift about a year ago. I have the Eibach 112-620 springs set at 0.85" on Bilstein 5100's with top plate spacers.

Stock hub to fender before lift (Front only): DS=20.2", PS 20.5"
Post lift hub to fender (Front only): DS=22.75", PS=22.875".
Total Lift (Front only): DS=2.55", PS=2.375"

I have a '06 Double cab, 4x4 with the 4.0 and dakar leaf pack in rear. Only extra weight I have is a brush guard, no bumpers or winch. According to toytec, double cabs may require the top plate spacers to reach the full 3", which I do have installed. I understand that it states the average lift would be 3", but I feel like I should be closer to 3" than I am. The dakar pack gave me damn near exactly 3" in the rear, and I would like to get the front up to at least keep the stock rake, or level it out.

Anyone else get less lift than advertised? Any ideas on why I am lower than I planned? Or how to get the other 0.5"?

Forgot the top plate spacer, although I'm not sure if that's supposed to add .55" to the lift...

I have the top plate spacer in, which I assumed would be a 0.5" spacer, but when measuring seems to be closer to 0.75". I am still short with the top spacer which makes me wonder if I am short on the lift given by the springs, which should be 1.6" as OZ said. Do you all have this lift? If so did you get 1.6" out of the eibach springs?

No experience with the eibach, sorry. BUT if I were marketing eibach springs and advertising a 1.6" lift spring, it would be based on the smallest, lightest platform to avoid over-lifting trucks and damaging front end components. It is entirely possible le 1.6" is only achievable with a 2.7 AC prerunner.
