I used to carry Comp $500 and Collision $1000 until I became a claim adjuster and see all the things that can go wrong that you have no control over. Now I carry Comp $100 and Collision $500.

All the things off the top of my head that can lead to a Comp claim: Hail, falling objects such as tree limbs or the ladder in your garage, theft, vandalism, a shopping cart in a parking lot, stone chips on the windshield, cracked windshield. I'm sure I'm missing a few since I'm here at home and don't have my policy here with me.

It was more or less a catchy title. I'm referring to the factory setup where the horn goes off if a door is opened or unlocked from the inside without unlocking with the fob

Thank you for that... I did not know that "alarm" thingy was there... I guess I've got to read the freakin' Manual..again..!
