Installed AFE stage 2 si and urd headers. This is just a hillybilly nothing scientific just using an ultra gauge em with the performance mode.My truck has 33'' 10 ply tires which slowed the truck, according to my ultra gauge my truck did 1/4mile in 16:44 now 15:80 .reduced by .64
Truck pulls strong I'm impressed. Now 0 to 100 mph before 25:42 after mods22:57. You really feel the gains from 65 up big difference. NEXT week maf cal.
THANKS URD FOR MY POWER BACK!

Headers look a lot better than the stock Model A style exhaust logs haha.

I didn't bother to take pictures of mine. You can't see crap anyways with all the air injections system and crud in the way.

Did you install them yourself and if you did how long did it take you.
I haven't looked at the newer models with air injection but sounds like it's tighter to work on.

Not to be discouraging, but im prety mechanically inclined, and so arent theree guys helping me with it. 2 of them have done engine swaps both LS1s into a 944 and an old M3.

It took the 4 of us, in a maching shop with a lift, 6 hours of work to get them in. Used lots of pb blaster. We had to use the torch twice on some exhaust flange bolts and a couple smaller bolts snapped (the ones holding the air injection system to the truck.) We drilled and tapped and put new bolts in and continued on. When installing everything i bought all new manifold studs and nuts cause the old ones were rusty. I also got new manifold gaskets as well.

Listen to the instructions about the steeing wheel! Dont spin your wheel when it is disconnected from the linkage. My friend must have allowed 1 revolution, (i was working on the passenger side) bcause when i backed out of the garage and turned the wheel it snappd my clock spring in the steering wheel. No more airbag or wheel controls. That was a $223 mistake and only that because i installed the new part myself.

But in the end, totally worth it. I gained more from these headers than i did from the pully swap.

No, there is about 3/4" of space left on the passenger side. I dont know what the drivers side was. I did have to move some wires from the passenger side tho cause they were right between the headers and the gusset. Took like 2 ,minutes.

The salt makes everything crappy. I was snapping bolts on this thing when it was 2 years old. Even with lube.
