Reverse Light Wiring

All, if there's a thread on this, please direct me to it.

I've got a Pelfrybilt rear bumper with Rigid backup lights being delivered on Monday, and I'm going to need to wire up the reverse lights. I'd like to have them on an On-Off-On switch so they'll either go on with the reverse lights, or with the switch. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for this type of setup?
I've been looking at the OTRATTW switches. Could someone who knows what they're doing direct me to the correct style switch for this application?
I've been wrenching on cars for a long time, but I'm awful with electrical, so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again.
