I went and found the video, but @tacopaulo beat me to the punch!

Damn! You might wanna look into a Mass Gainer. I used ON Serious Mass when I started out and it threw on the weight fast! They're basically protein shakes with 1000+ calories. How old are you?

Creative Sound Blaster Jam. They're on Amazon for like $40. Think Beats By Dre, but without the high price. Anyone who would pay that much for headphones is an idiot.

Ah okay. I wish I would've started that young. Only advice I can give you is to eat, sleep, and lift. Don't buy into all the gimmicks. As long as you eat enough to gain weight, keep your protein high, lift good, and sleep, you'll gain mass. It's that simple

I'll be starting another Smolov Jr. squat cycle next week. Anybody want to join me for the sake of accountability? Misery loves company...

I recommend a mass gainer, too. You can make your own or you can get ON serious Mass. That's what I'm using. I've gained 20 lbs since October. No, I know it's not all lean, but it's never gonna be. I'm still getting bigger and stronger, and that's what I'm going for. I know it'll take a few years to really get where I want.

@Kerleyfries I didn't know you lifted. Where do you lift when you're at home? You'll have to come check out my gym next time you're in.

What muscle groups do you guys usually combine together? Curious what others are doing.

I made my own (which is way cheaper) for a while. 2 scoops ON, honey, milk, peanut butter, oatmeal packet, plus whatever fruit you wanna throw in, too. High calorie, high protein, high carb, medium fat

I'm doing upper/lower 4 days a week right now, but when I do a 4-day split, I split it the same way you do, except abs maybe once or twice a week. I get my ab workout from compound movements

I squat twice and week and hate it. I would kill myself if I did it ever day.

right on! yeah core goes along with a lot of exercises, so its easy to incorporate it daily.

Favorite core lift tho, is taking a bench bar and shoving one end into the corner, then put a 45lb on the opposite side, face the corner while holding on to the end with the 45 and swing it side to side. oh man!

I guess you have to love the suck. I only do this cycle once per year, alternating Wendler and Hatch cycles the rest of the time.
