Transmission slips when going into drive from reverse, RPMs jump at idle (about 100 or so), hood glue problem, rear window molding problem. Truck also drives and brakes strangely but I think this is something I need to get used to; it's probably just a truck thing.

This transmission is finicky at best... more than a handful of folks are having issues with it slipping and some are showing up with low fluid from the factory. There is at least 2 threads discussing it at length.

Yep, thanks. I'm monitoring both closely. Already had my truck checked for fluid levels and all is well on that front (that was the first time I brought it in).

Not here...The $6000 I spent going from the 15 to the 16 was well worth it since $3000 of that was for the Premium Tech goodies wJBL I did not have on the 15.

Never had the flaky shifting transmission issue. But it's flat here and I drive like there is a glass of wine on the dashboard.

Once we found where the howling was coming from and fixed it, I liked my truck again. Still interested in testing the new Ridgeline when it comes out though.
