It's in jail for 10 days but here is a teaser:

Picked up a new Gen 4 Glock 27 today. Hard to come by here in mass unless you are Law enforcement. It's my first glock which joined my family of m&psimage.jpgimage.jpg

What are your thoughts on it after the S&W's?

The fit and finish is great, I haven't fired it yet. Will be taking it out this weekend. I do love my s&ws but wanted something different. I will have to get back to you on how it shoots. The extras that came with this glock far outweigh the m&ps. It's an LE model so it came with night sights, 3 mags, and a speed loader. Plus a bunch of those goodies he shop threw in for free. My m&ps each only came with 2 mags and standard sights. Then again my duty weapon (m&p40 LE model) came with 3 maths and night sights. So it's all dependent on the gun I suppose

Cool, good to know. I've thought about one, but have been pretty happy with M&P's thus far. Who knows, I may be ready for one after your review.

I cant live without night sites anymore. Think I'm going to get a G19 soon, or maybe a CZ SP01 but I don't want to pay MA price for that lol.

A friend of mine just picked up a gen 3 G19. He seems to really like it. MA pricing can be hell on the wallet

it's awful, I really don't want to pay $300 over market price for that CZ but I liked it so much.

I know I have a few striker fired and a few SA only but no Da/Sa so The CZ is really what makes more sense but it's going to be $1000 instead of $550.

For 241 I'd have sold you my complete 10/22 lol

Did you at least get a steel receiver instead of aluminum?

Aluminum type 2 hard anodizing stainless receiver
Edit: Brand new Ruger 10/22 cost 267$ but figure I only need the receiver it's my sacrifice and will be the last 22 I ever built, my 4th 10/22 custom.
