Sorry about not having complete information. Sometimes when you're describing a problem to someone, different pieces of helpful information come to mind at different times.

I realize that the best way to diagnose a problem is to have it right in front of a mechanic's eyes. That is good advice. We don't see much suspension or alignment work in our agricultural-related repair shop, so I'm short on automotive experience, and better with farm equipment.

Thanks for the reminder to pray! The Bible says that God's eye is on the sparrow...think about that!!!...if He cares about something as tiny/insignificant as a sparrow, think about how much He cares for us (even in areas we think are unimportant to Him).

Brake fluid...interesting...I wonder if during the drain/filling/bleeding process, something was freed up. Maybe some contamination causing sticky pistons?

Vibration occurs when the truck has been sitting overnight, and is just starting to drive, and also after the truck has warmed up and after driving awhile.

OP thanks! I have a 2015 4wd with not even 13k miles on it. My day to day drive is mostly local but yesterday I noticed a similar issue while on the highway... When driving between 60 and 80 miles when slowing down due to traffic I felt vibration on my steerkng wheel... Not the pedal.. I was going to wait for my next service but since reading this i'm going to have to take it to shop asap.

So, just an update... Got my truck back from the Toyota shop... Service guy explained that it was Normal wear and tear of rotors specialy for a city drive. Solution was that They resurfaced the rotors for me under warranty only because the truck was shy of 12k miles. Saved me 300 bucks!...

I tested the truck on the high way, and seems fine. If I had to come up with that money out of my pocket I rather buy quality ones from aftermarket.

300 dollars to resurface the rotors is a huge rip off.

    Good they didn't charge you.

I agree... That is dealership prices. I just wanted to make sure if something was really wrong it would be covered on the warranty. I won't pay that crazy money for resurface.

I agree! Geez! I would be cautious about future service work with that dealership if they quoted you $300.00 for rotor resurface.

FYI -- braking is now SUPER smooth after quite a few miles with Brembo Blank Rotors and Hawk LTS Pads....yeah...there's a bit more brake dust to deal with, but oh well...I think it was totally a good idea & I have ZERO braking-related vibrations now.
