Aside from making a gazillion different hot sauces.....

Whatta you guys doing with these suckers? Other than hot sauces.....

We have 3 Bhut Jalokia plants and 3 Habanero plants both with about 20+ peppers on them....even after I passed out a bunch at work today (with disclaimers, lol).

We've made about 4 batches of various hot sauces in woozie bottles - more than enough hot sauce than 2 people can use. We've been passing the extras off to family, etc.

Over the weekend, we went to a local brewery / pub and they were serving Ghost Pepper ketchup. It was rather HOT!!! So....the husband went home, grabbed the garlic press, and pressed 2 peppers (oils only) into the ketchup bottle. Whalaaa....HOT ketchup!! LOL

I enjoy fresh spicy salsa but that's almost in the same category as hot sauce. I believe my cousin made spicy pickles with his peppers. Would there be any kind of Ghost Pepper Cheese you can make?

    I like the cheese idea:rolleyes:

    Definitely pickle some.

Make your own icecream with them, I once had Peach Habanero and it changed my life.

Bake them into stuff like brownies!

Fill some with cheese and bake them:notsure:

Roast the skin with a propane torch, drop em in ice water, then peel the skin off. Save the great smoky tasting flesh in your fridge/freezer for later use in cooking.

Smoke a big batch of them if you have a large enough grill/smoker and make ghost-chipotle-powder.

Use them in as many meals as you can:thumbsup: Ghost curry FTMFW!

I have been growing them for years and making a infused Vodka. Last years batch had 6 GP's, 12 Hab's and 20 Jalo's.......that one was named "holy hell water." This years batch has 15 GP's and 20 Hab's..........It has been sitting under 2 PSI for 5 months. We are going to call this one "Dragons breath." Take a shot glass and fill one quarter of it with vodka nad the rest tomato juice with a dash of Worcestershire sauce and salt.......Yummy!

We use a empty 1.75 glass vodka bottle, a latched rubber stopper with a one way valve and an small air compressor. It is the best way to infuse liquor, under pressure. I have done pineapple, oranges, and even watermelon.

If you don't draw blood, you're doing it wrong!
I've heard they are good for maintaining an erection...just rub a little bit on your asshole and all the blood will rush to your nether regions....it's like a poor man's viagra!

Try hollowing out the habernanos, remove the seed & pulp then stuff with cream cheese, dip them in buttermilk then coat that with bread crumbs and deep fry. Buttos? Just eat em when the mood hits.
