I'm truly sorry for your loss Rad. I'm also glad to hear that you'll be taking over again. Since the start you've handled everything handed to you in the best way possible even thou most of these problems occurred before you came or while you were away. In no way is anything that happened during your time of grieving your fault and you have absolutely nothing to apologize for. You trusted in him, after all the work you put in to rebuild your brand hoping he could hold the fort down while you handled personal issues. Frankly he let you down.

^ I appreciate that but I side with the client in how Burt responded. That wasn't professional at all. I have to apologize because the time I've been gone, everything went south again.

I will have to have a sit down with Burt and touch basis with him in regards to our future plans together
    .

    Kind regards,
    RAD

Don't get me wrong I to side with the client and I've been very vocal about it, as I was ignored on multiple emails on wanting to buy a set that now I've totally lost interest. But I 100% believe that what was said by another should in no way reflect on you and I'm sure many here would agree, and I will stand by my statement that you should not have to be apologizing for what happened. Life happens and take precedents over this thread.

^ If I was handling the customer service side during those 3 weeks, you'll always get a response back to your emails. The issue with the client would've been discussed on a personal level. It's hard to have a company and then take on past issues before the agreement. However I know that's part of business.

However, like I said. It's a challenge I accept and I look forward in rebuilding the name. We make amazing Retrofits!

I wish all the satisfied customers could chime in as well.

    Kind regards,
    RAD

I look forward to it! I came back into the shop to take care of the customers light that need to be finished. We've taken all the steps to not rush the builds and we're working on getting them out.

    Kind regards,

Sorry for your loss. My advice to you would be to cut ties with your partner and go back to basics. He is doing you no favors.

FWIW - my dealings with RAD were good. He was honest with me and kept me informed as needed.

RAD - Sorry to hear of your loss. I've recently been through that and its not something I'd wish on anyone.

Sorry for your loss RAD. I'm sure losing your father is a terrible ordeal and I can't imagine going through that myself.

Thanks for your response. To clarify you used to do retrofits yourself but now have retired so to speak? Or are you also crafting this lights along side Burt? I assumed you handled all the communication and customer service but I also see/hear you flying up to Portland often so I'm wonder how the partnership works. I'm also curious who's posting for Rechelon on IG. Is it you or both of you?

^ I did a lot of BHLM (Black Headlight Mod) for local Socal guys from 2008/9-2012. I didn't do retrofit work during that time. I was the main guy in the Socal area who did that work with quality. I provided excellent results to over 65 locals and never had an issue. I understood the small details that are entailed to produce an excellent result. I understand the what it takes to seal a set of headlights to prevent issues. My belief is quite simple, to not do double work. I believed with my experience and Burt's skill in retrofitting, we can partner up to make an excellent product. Burt does the retrofit portion of the lights. I understand how to build them as I've worked with them as well but we each carry out different task.

I work along side with Burt in building the lights when I am up here in Portland. However I am mainly in Socal as that's where my home is. I handle majority of the emails and customer service. I handle the design work and help with the creative side of things. I do the Instagram account but I haven't posted in quite sometime until recently. So you can see the neglect from IG & Emails when I took a leave of absence.

Ty for the support. No need for me to email you your status. Your custom paint work for silver streak mica is set to be picked up from our painter this Wednesday/Thursday. Then assembly will begin this weekend and your lights will be packaged and shipped off shortly afterwards. ;)

I appreciate the kind words and I do my best to treat clients with the up most respect. Your the main reason why a business can truly be successful. You're absolutely right about the emotions that come from losing someone in your life. I've never lost anyone close to me before and I can admit, it's not an easy one. I wish you the best Ben in dealing with your lost.

    Kind regards,
    RAD

I'm glad there's been some improvements now your back handling the customer side rad.

I tho.... have sent a few emails since October that haven't been answered. Didn't have my headlights in for 4 months and they leaked, I have a bad driver amd TRS said I have to deal with you or pay them for a new one under the warranty. I mentioned my issues but after a few emails I gave up.

Just my .02c -- All of my dealings that I had with "RAD" were great and he sometimes would respond super late at night (Not a problem by any means! Lol :) ) and I was never left wondering where the status of my order stood. But I could ALWAYS tell when the emails would be sent from Burt, there was a change in the way each email was worded and he would come off quite rude at times. (I have since deleted all emails pertaining to Rechelon because I don't have my Gen 2 anymore). I am sorry to hear about your Father, I just lost my grandpa this weekend and I know that it couldn't have been easy.

Now, should you feel inclined to work on some Turd Gen stuff later on, we may have a discussion :)
