Thanks! I prefer the looks and the headroom of the 2nd gen over the 3rd gen. Also, picked it up with less than 5K on the odometer and saved a few $$$'s over a new one!

 

Saving $$$ is good. Maybe because I have a 2015 too, but I was really disappointed when I saw the 2016 after all the hype for the redesign. Don't like the stamped lettering in the tailgate. Tundra has it, so does dodge. Just thought it would have a little more "off-road, we're going to drive the Baja" look to it . . . . Can't believe they would reduce the head room. So 15 years and 200,000 miles from now people will look at us and say, "Wow, you have the last of the 2nd gen Taco's, still looks good . . ."

I originally wanted MGM but they only had Silver Sky. Definitely a good color, has a little more contrast than the silver streak.

 

And it always looks clean! "WINNING"

 

I like the MGM too, but I like that this one changed colors almost

 

Wow, that tire/wheel combo looks great. What wheels are those?

 

They are the alloys off the FJ cruiser, I powder coated them gunmetal and slapped some bfg ko2 265 70 17 on them

 

My silver 09 taco, 2" lift 285/75/16 BFG km2

 

Guess I need to buy a camera (No Cell Phone). Traded a Silver Tundra for this taco. Wanted a 16 but I couldn't get the one I wanted in Silver.

 

I'm gonna need a bigger brush bumper.
