They are more beneficial on supercharged engines, but they do keep NA engines cleaner too. All of today's engines are sealed systems, and they create vapors just like the older engines.

But how much cleaner? worth $150+ install time and Maintenance cleaner? That's why I've always been cautious about getting one.

This. Thanks Scott, I'll look into the ADD W1

As long as the part is quality I don't mind paying 150 for something that will last the lifetime of the truck. How much cleaner is always the debate. I've seen enough shit come out of these that make me want one on my truck, regardless of the debate. But that's just me.

Other than actually finding a place to put it, install time should be about 1 beer worth of time. Maybe 3 if I have to fab up some wild bracket.

I'll drain it every oil change. What's one extra thing to do while waiting for oil to drain out of pan. Gotta put a cup in the engine bay for the filter anyways. Lol.

Having it shipped to your house or a depot? Each time its been about 5 business days to IL so you should be about the same. Thats for shipping to a depot, so no transfers or anything

Thanks that's what I was figuring would happen. I have a number in the email, but not sure if it's the right one. No info on it when entered. I'll find out soon enough!

It's being shipped to my works Nashville shop, so hopefully it'll be similar.

    :jellydance:

They must ship in batches. Which means mine didn't make the last cut.

Tempted to hit Satin up for a status. But I just need to be patient. I just want to put a date for the :sawzall: on the calendar.

Can't wait to see everyone else's installed.
