I think we are thinking the same thing! I have to make some braces so I don't know how I'm going to attach the stick flares back on.

I thought about kydex, but I think it's more sensitive to heat and I worried that they might warp on a hot day.

    Getting there.

The tabs are super time consuming. I'm not using the bolts and washers on the outside. That's just for mocking up. The heat should help shape it up a bit too.

It's on the list. I'm using 1/8" ABS so we'll see how it works!

No problem! I wanted to make draw it up in CAD so I could cut more and add them to my site. The problem is I need to make those L brackets too, those vary depending on the cuts made on the fender and I have drill and tap both holes. It's too much work for what I could charge.

I'll keep posting up pics as I go though!

The battery cage is maybe 90%. @ramonortiz55 is working on what's needed to move the emission pump and then it's pretty much done. I have a few prototypes if you'd like to get one. These are going cheap until I cut the final version.

You could always drill and tap holes for the liner, but keep the fender hole placement up to the user. I mean if someone has already cut their fenders they should be capable of drilling a handful of holes. PM me a price, I may be interested

True! I could make all the L's long and they can be cut to suit. It's definitely a DIY project.

I got a bit frustrated with the flares. 1/8" ABS is not as easy to work with as I thought.

Any way, I got rid of my frustration by replacing my calipers. One was sticking so I got a set of power stops. I'm not digging the red, but they work!

I have a buddy that works at a parts shop, but I think you can get a better deal on discountbrakes.com the pics are wrong, but calipers are correct.

Finally finished this!! I couldn't wait to type up the whole thing so here's a sneak peek. I made a box to hold my compressor in the bed.

Here's a quick write up for the compressor box.

My initial intent was to have the compressor be under the truck bed, but considering the conditions it may be exposed to, I decided to have it concealed and out of the weather.

My dimensions were very specific, it had to be no wider than my fridge slide, and no taller than the side grooves on the side of the bed. I did that to fill the dead space behind the slide and I can put a board across the top and the lid will be flush with that.

Inside I have a blue sea fuse panel for wiring up accessories in or around the bed area, there's an exhaust fan with a speed controller to make sure things don't get too hot. Mini relays for the compressor and custom wired locker solonoid. All the air is plumbed to the outside.

Lastly on the outside I bed lined the lid, added a 12v socket and power for the fridge.

This is changing. I'm going to add a regulator.

Nice job on the box! Clean execution. What gauge wire are you running to the 12v plug/ARB plug?

    Thanks!!

It goes 4g from the battery, then 6g to the fuses and 10g to the compressor.

So far it runs like a champ!
