Well it all depends on you.
from all the research ive done.
1. Get your Sleep.
2. Eat right.. throw some extra greens in your meals.
3. stay away from sugars and "snacks" chips candy and soda are not snacks
4.coffee is ok bunt don't overkill it does more harm than good.

basically make sure you eat when you need to. breakfast lunch and dinner, healthy snacks, and lots of water stay hydrated with water no sugary drinks.
and sleep that's whats hurting you. loss of sleep is the root of all your problems. sleep deprivation causes. loss of appetite, depression, weight gain and the ability to function properly. if you cant sleep. rest... laydown and just relax no phone tv or book. just lay close your eyes and relax its hard but your body needs to relax. create a routine that your body can get use to.

 

Well a dilemma we face, during these outages, our company provides all meals ,snacks, etc. All for productivity . I have been a part of these since 1998. I have never had them provide one Salad yet. I ask till I am blue in the face for a healthy meal and never had one yet.

I hate to waste food so I eat it ....

 

Yep, same shit here. Feed you way more food, heavy on carbs, and expect you to work 15, 12 hr days in a row.

A salad would be wonderful.

 

Another thing is unhealthy snacks. I am talking about donuts. Who needs donuts at 11 pm at night?????

 

that's exactly it.

 

11:00PM + 3rd shift = 7:00AM
The boss brought donuts in on Friday. I ate half of one, tossed the other half. Too sweet!

 

Too sweet ? The first half a dozen? or the other 6 you through out? lol

Been on vacation . It is Mardi Gras time here. I rode in a parade Saturday . 23 hour long day,parade and extravaganza.
