Ok so the frame swap is done. Somebody help me out here because I can't remember, do the lights under the gear position in the automatics light up with your headlights? (the black plate next to the shifter). Mine is not, but honestly I can't remember if it did beforehand.

Second, and all I can figure here is the new bushings and alignment, but my front end is sitting higher than it did before the swap. I have 5100's with Eibach that were on the truck before the new frame and now my hub to fender measurements are about 3/8's of an inch higher. I am not going to complain as it means less rake from my Dakars...

Other than that, frame looks great, especially considering once they took it in the shop they completed the swap in about 20 hours. Haven't found any other issues yet...

Yes, the gear lights should light up when you turn the headlights on.

As for the ride height difference, I'm not sure.

Ride height could be the coil hasn't seated in the upper perch yet, mine did about a week after the frame job. You'll hear a pop when it does, similar to when disengaging 4wd.

thanks for the help, I have some wiring to figure out then.

I will take a look to see if this is what is going on with mine, but still haven't noticed anything yet. Going on 4 weeks. Thanks.

It uses a #74 bulb for the indicator light. I'm betting your just noticing it now due to the fact you had your frame replaced and are super observant of any changes.

Probably true, wouldn't have paid attention to it before. Thanks for the bulb, that may come in handy.

I believe it was my driver side that popped. Felt like someone hit my floorboard with a hammer. I was backing out of an inclined driveway and the driver side front was the last off the curb and onto the street, bounced and then the pop. Checked and everything looked normal. Nothing since. Level on both sides. I had called the dealer about it and that was what they told me. Been 3 weeks since I got her back. No other issues.
