Glad I found this thread. Do they make smoke head lights? I'm going for the smoke look all around.

So having some issues with my DEPO Black 05+ Tail Lights lately, they work fine until I press the brakes, then the drivers side tail light goes out completely, while the other stays on. For example, if I have my headlights on, then both of the tail lights are normally illuminated, (except that the drivers side one is slightly dimmer), but then when I press the brakes, the drivers side tail light goes out completely, while the passenger side stays on still. When I release the brakes, the tail light goes back to being normally illuminated. The turn signals work fine, the reverse lights work fine, but as soon as I press the brakes it doesn't want to light up. Anyone else had this problem?

Here's a video that I took earlier, for some reason this time when the headlights were on, and the brakes were applied, the drivers side tail light actually lit up. Before it wasn't doing that. But I think you get the idea. The first few pumps of the brakes are with the headlights on, the last few are with them off. The last few pumps of the brakes, the drivers side tail light doesn't illuminate at all.

If this is an internal issue or something that can't easily be fixed then I'll just buy a new set. I bet I just got a bad egg. I just disconnected the tail light and checked all the plugs a few moments ago but I'm yet to test the brake lights with it.

Edit ~ It's fixed now, took the tail light out, disconnected everything from it, and plugged it all back in, made sure all the connections were tight. After reinstalling everything i tested out the tail lights and everything works fine now. I don't know what was up with them earlier.

Any more issues with them? I was thinking about ordering a set to replace mine.

For those who ran the DEPO's did you just plug & play? or did you guys use the wiring harness and bulbs off the OEM ones. Just curious

It was just plug & play. The new housing comes with the bulbs already installed. You probably could take the harness off the OEM lights, but I don't know what the advantage would be. I was going to do the 886 reverse light mod when I installed these, but none of my local parts stores carry them.

    Just a few LEDs...
No issues with fogging or condensation at all. These are just as good as OEM as far as I'm concerned.

Only the maglight mod, mounted on floor drivers side, billet antenna and have lined all storage under rear seats with rubber to keep the rattling to a minimum.
I love the way these look! Just food for thought, to prevent any loose connections why not wrap a little electrical tape around the connection? Also when I install mine i'm definitely using that gel stuff for the connections. Since I've seen some reviews complaining about moisture getting in, I will definitely be adding a bead of silicone around the seams prior to install.
