Is any one wanting to regear here soon besides Ben Austin and my self. I just got a dealer account for gears and they are now extremely cheap! Austin can regear with master install kits for 600$.

And I will now have a floater third for ever single truck (-first gen :() so the gears can be done ahead of time and the swap will take a half day!!

It's normally 1000+ just for gears and install kits.

That's craziness, you don't really NEED to re-gear until you move to like 35s though right?

Yes. And with your super you should be fine for a while. @CoTacoTRD what gears do you have and how much did you spend.

I know, but I do a lot of highway driving so I'm not too antsy to make the jump to 4.56 on 33's. This year the only mods I have planned are some rock lights that I'll never use, a Prinsu roof rack that I'll never use, AAL's for my Dakar
packs, and try to correct the really bad Taco lean that I have right now.

Next year is when I plan on making the jump to 35's, and I would probably need a snorkel then too, so I guess I need to make a decision about that snorkel group buy...

Well how about this, don't do rock lights or I can get you some X vision ones for cheap, don't do the rack right now, I'll sell you my AAL's that I never used, and I get you a hell of a price on gears and I can regear the back and @thefatkid can regear the front, and your big spend of the year will be 35s.

I think we could do that. Might have to up grade your drive shaft though.
