image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg Put in 2 new headlight assemblies yesterday. HUGE difference than my originals which I've cleared up a couple dozen times only to have them yellow and cloud again and again. The first pic is of the old ones in the truck. Next old and new for comparison. Lastly my new headlights. Still need to figure out how to aim them but for under $30 per side, it's s no brainier.

there's a hex "stud" sticking out of the bottom on the engine bay side. there is only one adjuster so it kind of goes catty-corner aiming

Won't these have the same effect as your hold ones over time? I'm sure they make some clear protective coating/sheetlike sticker to put on there. Otherwise, you may be refurbishing these too. That's insanely cheap for new headlights though.

There is a 4mm bolt on the back side of the headlight that you can use to aim them up and down. As for keeping them from hazing, wax them regulary. If they start to get even the slightest bit of haze, use rubbing compound, then wax.

The best thing to do with anyone thinking of replacing ANY CAR's headlamps is to drive up to a wall or garage door and mark where the light from each side centers with some masking tape and mark where the front tires are. Then when you replace them you can center them to exactly where they were originally.
