Being a Giants fan since 1965 I am never counting my chickens before their hatched. Seen too many lows.

I'm 24 so I don't really remember the pre- Bonds years. Spend many cold nights at The Stick as a kid. Still hard to believe they were going to move to Tampa.

I got you by 35 years. I was at The Stick back when they had chain link fences in the outfield, and bleachers out there. That open outfield cost Mays a boat load of homers because of the wind. He should have been the Home Run King. Not Aaron. Aaron had the luxury of playing for several years at Fulton County Stadium, AKA, The Launching Pad. Go Giants.

I'd personally like to see Tomlinson in center before blanco goes there. Pagan is done IMO, when he gets hurt its time for the kid to prove himself. I'm fine with Williamson/Parker/Blanco platoon. I'd really love to see Gordon but I think SF is done spending.

Forgot about Williamson too. I mean if one of those guys does well we should be fine. I think the Giants want Alex Gordon but paying 100mil to a 31 year old position player who has really good, but not great numbers is a little sketchy especially when we have a few young guys that have earned a shot. With that said if the Gordon market softens I wouldn't be surprised if the Giants hop back into play and scoop him up in the 50-60 range.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Griffey Jr is about to be inducted into the Hall of Fame. THE best center fielder ever. He was the only reason I watched the Mariners as a kid (and because they were on TV living in Oregon). However, I hated playing outfield myself, which influenced my decision to play other sports in the spring.

I guess the 3 people who didn't vote for him completely left him off their ballots. They knew he was in, so they voted for Edgar Martinez for some odd reason.

Denard Span to giants. Pending physical. Good signing I think. Put the ball in play guy. I wanted the Braves to sign him 2 years ago when the Nats signed him but we signed BJ Upton instead.

i really like this signing. He should be a double/triple machine in AT&T park. Will replace Pagan after this season as well, nicely done.

I went one year and it was just an absolute nut house. So I haven't gone since. I got in line one year to see belt and by the time I got up there they switched over to Kontos I believe. Which was cool but I wanted to see belt. Too many people for me.
