On the ranch I use a 1997 Z71. Only gasoline ever used in it has been 87 without alcohol. 300,000 miles and still runs like a top. I call her my little bitch-hog.

Mods: Edelbrock headers, Holly glasspacks, straight pipes. The cattle dig the pasture-pounding sound.

Avoid Sunoco Ultra 94 because it contains ethanol. :)

87, because I can. I have to run high grade in my Camaro and filling a tank getting as few mpg's as it does kills me. The Taco may loose a little performance but I don't care.

You'll need to change out your lines and your pump to run anything above 10% Ethanol. Ethanol breaks down standard fuel lines and is rough on the pump, injectors, and anything else in the fuel system. Not to mention our trucks have no tune for E85, which really limits what the engine can do with that fuel without a tuner. With a tuner the extremely high octane rating of Ethanol can make some impressive numbers power wise but the fuel economy will suck due to it's lower energy per liter.
