Ok. I've never heard of that. I just googled it. I'll get that done when I get some spare cash.

Didnt see the original post/problem. But my new Duratracs from Goodyear were balanced there twice, still had a wobble at speed. Had them roadforce balanced at Toyota, problem solved.

Thanks, and sorry again for blowing up on here. By the way, I got it.

It's amazing what can be found just hanging on a random shelf.

Dibs on front bumper if your motor shits the bed and you part it out.

    Sorry, too soon?

(I kid. I saw you got things squared away)

Went on a hike today on a beautiful day in the foothills.

    20160214_111328.jpg

It was mostly ice and I slipped and busted my ass four times. Goddammit, nature.

Right before that, I had awaken to find a flat tire on my truck. Having left my hi lift at home, desperate measures were taken.

    20160214_132229.jpg

With the tire supposedly repaired at a nearby shop, my friend and I reinstalled the tire only to find a leak on the sidewall. We quickly torqued the lug nuts and rolled to his shop to throw on the spare (his shop is nearby and would have been more efficient).

After lifting the truck, my friend stood there and stared at the wheel. He realized that not only did we actually forget to torque the nuts, we had also left the lug key on as we drived away. Goddammit, tire.

I'm now safe at home and I'll take care of the tire tomorrow. This is about to be cracked open because unlike certain things, beer never lets me down:

    I love you, beer.

    ...and $free.99

And keeping the kids and their videogames in the basement =priceless

It would've been worth sacrificing Leo if it came to it.

I'll tell you what though. If/when it quits working, it's coming up in pieces.

Enough to make it a lot of fun!
It tried to kill me at one point but we managed. By the time it was in place my heart was beating pretty good!

Sorry, I was at an RC car race all weekend. I didn't have time for internets as I was helping run the front counter. At least you got it sorted out, not to thrilled about hearing squealing, then stalling though.

I should have done the RC race myself, that's more my speed these days. :p
Engine seems fine, it didn't knock when I started it. I think the squeal may have been air/oil blowing by that O-ring, kind of like a kazoo. When I drained the pan, there was about a quart in it, enough to fill 1/3 of a Folgers coffee can. So I caught it before it fully drained.
