I actually thru bolted my sway brackets to the frame, I went over a curd a month ago and heard a loud bang, and it pulled the bolts right outta the threads, so I just nut and bolted the dam thing so I didn't happen again

I like it! Can't wait to order the rear bumper.

Seeing that Pelfreybilt's bumpers are packaged like this seriously bumps them up my short list.

The winch is mounted up. I'll do the electrical work this weekend and get the line ran. Lots of work to do that once you remove the grill. I only had to prerun the negative cables on the winch, since they're on the bottom. But that's not too bad.

Have you tried to put D ring shackles on? The ones I have fit through the rear bumper mounts but not the fronts.

No, I haven't had the chance to yet. But I have 3 different makes of shackles I can try and see which works best. The powder coat doesn't seem too thick, so I'm not expecting a problem. I had a buddy of mine have an issue getting a shackle through their bumper. But it was LineXd.

    Man that looks awesome.

I just got word from Satin that my bumper is done. It's just pending packaging and shipping. :)
    (Happy dance)
Now to uninstall my suspension this weekend.

I had that same issue. I had to grind down the powder coat on the front shackle pins. After I took some powder coat off, I resprayed the pins with black rattle can.
Better to leave the bumper alone and mess with the shackles.

    Enjoy that big box.

I'm still trying to figure out how to compress it down for recycling this week. Lol

    Odds and Ends
For those of you that seem to be having a hard time with the shackles. I looked into it and you are correct, the diameter of those holes is on the small side. Typically they have plenty of clearance but the last run we did is a bit tight, the machine program had the incorrect offset, we are correcting that.

Thank you for mentioning it so I could look into it. I will address it on new orders moving forward but there are probably about 100 bumpers that are on the tight side that have already shipped. If yours is a bit tight its not by much and you can massage it in a bit. I wouldn't be too concerned with the paint or powdercoat, it will rub off with the d-rings in there anyhow. Just touch it up from time to time as you typically would.

Please check before you go off-roading and find out your d-rings wont go into the hole

I do apologize for the inconvenience and am correcting it immediately

I tried my D-rings. Looks like a little persuasion will have to be used to get them in. Easy peasy!

Stupid auto-correct. Install the new. Budget spacers from the PO. OME HD for upgrade.
