That tent looks like one of the best ones I've seen. What kind is it? & Do you have to have extra support inside the camper shell for it?

RTT's seem very popular but do they leak? They really don't have that bomb proof look. Also should catch the wind if is about.

The only "leak" I've experienced is when the rain is coming in side ways and pools up between the rainfly and tent body. Even when there is 5 gallons of water up there it still barely drips. I've combatted this with a tarp.

@tango zulu I haven't camped with my tent in the rain yet. I'm curious to know too.

There is some wind noise but it's bearable. From my experience with my CVT the wind has to be howling to notice the noise.

Yeah it does just fine. Drove from Denver to Yellowstone and had no problems. I have a Thule hitch receiver T bar to support the back

    Repost from my build

Back from NH where I wanted to see if I can camp in the winter seasons. I survived and would do it again. Think @JLink told me once "a good sleeping bag is key". He told me about these Teton bags so I scooped up the zero degree.

    https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00E9SUXVU/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Just need an all season tent. I had a small buddy heater I ran before bed and when I woke up but did not sleep with it on. Lows hit 14* and snowed out 4-5" one morning. The trip was to visit my sister who lives in a cabin. They offered me to sleep inside but like I said I wanted to physically see if I could do it.

The last night there went to bed 20* and woke up 14*
