    There is a lot of food sharing going on here.

    As a pretty good cook I get a little apprehensive about giving away my epic creations.

    Ones I won't give up are my prime rib, carnitas, cinnamon roll, and sugar cookie recipes. Mostly out of fear somone else will make them proprietary.

    What are some recipes you have yet to give up?

    Reason I don't share the recipe is because I've started selling the chowder... A restaurant may adopt it. Would be cool.

    I share the basic recipe but I add or subtract stuff just so I know it my secret.
