    Lol
5th gen is 2010-2017 so far.

Similar to the 2012 Tacoma, the 4Runner got a facelift in 2014. Kind of a 5.5 gen

I know, I don't know 4runners... Back on topic: it seems Insain Fab and 4x4 Labs make a sweet 4runner bumper

So I'm adding sliders soon. The plan is to add an IFS skid after that, then a rear bumper, then a front bumper.

The sliders will be linexed black since they have a top plate and will be grippy to help people get a firm step getting in.

However, the front and rear bumpers I am trying to decide on. Should I go black, like everybody, or should I try to color match them to my new dark matte bronze wheels. I think the color match has the potential to look incredible or really cheesy. What do you think?

Here are the wheel in the shade.

And in the sun. Just to get a feel of the actual color.

I think just go black or white with bumpers.. You know it'll look good with one of those colors.

That's true. I feel like bronze would look good but I don't want to regret it

I think it'll be too much, bumpers cover a big area of the truck

That's true. If I was leaving the front bumper, it would look good to have just the back bronze

I would either go color matched or black. But honestly if you are planning on coming to CO color matched wouldn't work out well imho. Lots of small rocks out here that will cause it to chip, and color matched would be hard to touch up. Also if you plan to wheel it a lot I wouldn't color match either.

Finished a few mods that have been on my list today.

Did the diff breather mod. Super easy after @logcabinwc pointed me in the right direction. Ended up routing it up into one of the cubbies in the storage area in the back of the 4Runner. Where the factory jack is.

Also got my auxiliary fuse block installed. I planned on running my CB off of it but got a faulty antenna mount that doesn't fit my vehicle so I delayed that install. Grabbed a magnetic antenna off Amazon for the time being. Just gonna run it through my sunroof for this weekend at Anza Borrego with the LA crew.

I was also going to install the dually's off of my Tacoma in the fog light brackets but rigid only sent me one of the two brackets... :(

I'd run the antenna through a door instead of your sun roof, might pinch the wire too much when you close it

A link would be awesome. I am trying to find one, especially since I am going to be adding the CB and Winch soon enough. Hopefully lights after that.

Just linked it in the prior post.

Here it is again! I like it so far. Feels well built.
