Well fu@& I did exactly what i was worried about and put the first one too close to one of the beds cross members. The aluminum back bracket just barely won't fit. I either have to redrill the holes a half inch back or cut about a quarter inch off the brackets.

Gonna work on this tomorrow, gotta get ready for work!

Yep! I measured like 3 times too but didn't think about the bottom bracket at all
Yeah not like my bed doesn't already have a bunch of holes in it already, how much could 2 extras really matter?

Sitting here in my office writing the schedule for next week trying to decide how big of an asshole to be. Scenario.
people complain they dont have enough hours. So I tell them I will call them if I have extra to give. Every time I call they say no they dont want them today. I schedule them for more, they call in sick or cant find a babysitter. If they some how make it into their scheduled shift they ask to leave early. At what point do these people realize what they are doing and how to get money. They want me to schedule them for 40 hours but only want to work 10 and get paid for 60. drives me crazy.

Fuck it the 3 people that cover shifts for everyone and never complained get 40 each. And the other 15 people get 5 hours. Have fun feeding yourself next week dipshits

Sounds like the golf course I worked at. We had 7 people hired for 1 job. I was working 40+ hours every week while still going to school haha. Class ends at 12:26, I'd work at 12:30 every week

Do the net for now until you get your tire gate.

Tell them the next time they have whatever lame excuse for not coming in for their shift they better look for another job. Don't fire them either, just give them as few hours as possible until they quit.

I played restaurant manager for many years so I feel your pain. I had ZERO tolerance for that shit and my employees knew it. Those who worked and made sacrifices were rewarded with full time and approved time off requests. Those who pissed and moaned and didn't work were given directions to taco bell and Jack in the box for their employment needs.

I've had this 1st gen for about 3 years now. Just decided to upgrade to the 2nd gen. Will be selling this one soon. Wanted to fix the bumper before I sold it.
