so, back to the original post that started this......whatever this is.......

easiest way to make the seatbelt light disappear is to trace your seat belt buckle onto a 1/8'' thick piece of aluminum or plastic, and then cut out the shape you traced. then just plug it into the buckle, and you're good to go. I do that to turn off the flashing passenger light when I have heavy crap sitting in the front seat.

thought about painting them instead of PC? I just ordered new springs for the fiero, and get them without powder coat because it saved me $80, and spring specific paint from duplicolor only costs $30.

This is what I was going to say, however there is a painter in Baltimore that will paint and clearcoat those springs for $50 if you don't want to go the rattlecan route.

if I lived closer to Baltimore, I'd definitely do that. 2 hour drive one way keeps me on the rattle can route. I've got plans to buy a paint gun however, so this may be a good opportunity to actually get one and test it out, since no one sees the springs on a lowered car.......

They are making my order now and shipping first thing Monday. They just redesigned the drawings too so I'll be the first to get the new switch designs. Not even on their website yet =)
