I drove straight to the car wash once I got off wor today. My truck only got up to 140. And it cooled it down by 25 degrees.
And will do next time I wash it next weekend. I only did a minor spray down for now due to me hitting the trails for another Bon fire this weekend.

If I had one I would trust you. I would charge you a little bit for using it though.

It's a one time use thing so I really don't want to buy my own when I'll only use it for like 5 minutes

I get a bit more aggressive. I use citrus degreaser. Only thing is I gotta figure out how to wash my motor with exhaust wrap and turbo blanket. I got the dirtiest motor here. I try to wash my motor as little as possible.

Shoot me a PM on Saturday, I've been meaning to run to Ace and find the parts for the tool. I have the tool, but I'm pretty sure I can source the parts for under $20. I just forget about it lol, I'll get a list of each piece so anyone can go and pick them up.

20 seconds of that is painful.

Oh well maybe a run next time. Lol, I should run my truck. I might be able to beat a prius.

Has anyone transmission felt like it is slipping after their blower/ pulley install? I noticed mine felt like it would from 4th to 5th gear after adding the URD pulley and intake. Boost is up to 8 PSI.

Would sporadically do it when it felt like it. I did a full transmission flush from WS ATF to Valvoline Maxlife ATF. Shifts improved and things felt smoother, but the slipping from 4th to 5th was still there. In a last ditch effort before I called the tranny junk I plugged in a non factory Toyota scanner and performed a transmission relearn procedure reset. Slipping is now non existant and upshifts feel confident from gear to gear.

Just thought this might help someone out if they are experiencing what I was.

WS is better than the Valvoline, if you do another change.

Teaching the transmission by manually shifting it in a performance style will also help. Only so much can be done before a valve body upgrade is needed.

I always have shifted in a performance style. Don't know what it is but I feel it is more responsive that way. To be honest with you I actually like the way the Valvoline made it feel after the change.

I agree with your reply about the valve body change. Plus the more you increase power the more you will need it as well.
