never thought of that. im a cnc machinist and i cant live without my mini pick sets. they are perfect for deburring small holes and such. i just buy the harbor freight sets cause there only 1.99. i think i have 3 sets at work and another in the truck and one at home in the garage. my allen keys also get a BUNCH of use along with my allen head sockets. at home my 3/8 matco 15in breaker bar gets a lot of use. and you cant beat the irwin channel locks

Ingersol Rand 1/2" pneumatic impact wrench. Now it may not see as much use as say a 1/2" ratchet, but I love the sound of the impact wrench. Makes me look and sound like a real pro haha

A favorite for me would be really hard to pick but honestly I would say it is probably this MIL gauge. In my line of work, quality is just your opinion unless you can back it up with fact. This tool gives you the facts. Whether I am shooting a single stage powder, a 4 stage finish, or ceramic coating EVERY part gets spec'd to insure it is at the correct thickness for the absolute best durability (it does run through a chemical test for cure too).

    1 MIL = .001"

In most cases it should read between 2.8 and 3.2 mil per layer on your standard powders.

This picture is 1 sanded primer layer, a coat of red, and a clear to match the plastics gloss level. This reading shows that I was dead on with where I needed to be on this restoration.

If people count that as a sensor or not really a tool, this its the Milwaukee 5 3/8" cordless metal circular saw. I use this in the field to cut metal I can dream of, or if I don't want to drag out my big corded 13amp 8" shrouded metal saw. I have cut up to 1/2" steel plate with it. Best part is its a cold cute saw, so no hot parts after and no warping
