Sweet. I'll go 40 then. Easy number to remember. You sold 4 for $550? Nice, where did you post them on tacoworld? Just the tires right? Thanks for helping out.

I just joined recently since I got my first toyota/truck/tacoma. I am only on page 400 but I am catching up in this thread. My mods are on the left under my username, just mouse over them. I also blame this thread for all the extra mods I didn't think I needed but now want.

Other mods I plan to do so far are:
    • Tint
    • LED Light Bar with switch
    • Pace Edwards Switchblade Tonneau
    • Sub or Subs and amp (This one will take some planning)
    • Led Fog and Headlights (Maybe)

You can use fishing line and just slide it back and forth like a sawing motion behind the badge. Since trucks are new it cuts through pretty easy. Then just peel off the tape left behind and same for the truck. I used some rustoleum satin spray and used 3M molding adhesive. Then just trimmed the tape out with an exacto knife.

...and this is what happened to my brand new 2016 Tacoma when I played in the rocks without rock sliders at Deer Springs a couple weekends ago. The metal under the drivers side door is flattened. :(

Finally got around to installing my lift today. I was so excited that I forgot to measure hub to fender before I threw it up on jacks and started tearing it apart..... My bad lol. I have Bilsteins all around, front set at .85, with OME 887's, Icon uniball UCA's and Wheelers 2" AAL in the rear. Surprised me how high the front got when I sat it back down. Higher than I expected.... Which is still good. The picture is only with the front installed. It got dark by the time I finished the rear. More pictures tomorrow. Right now the front sits just a tad higher than the back. I kinda like it. I don't like too much bro lean, but I can handle a little. Thanks @chris4x4 for the AAL write up, and thank you YouTube for the front. Now I just need bigger tires.

I shook my head today in disgust at the Taco , because my truck is no longer BBP, the pollen is so thick it has turned my truck into a yellow/green color :annoyed:

The Utility Pkg comes with back seats removed so Toyota must have something to put there. Good luck with it.

I "switched" from the push switch to this rocker switch after a couple days... For me its easier to locate with my blind fingers and much easier to know when the light has been engaged or turned on, and when it its still off (if daylight) .... Without having to try and see the light on the switch.

The push switch did fit a little better in the hole, The shop installer had to open the dash hole up a real small amount to make the rocker switch fit..... But im glad he did, as it works better for me.

My question had to do with door ding protection. Happy to report that the GoRhino RB10's stick out way past the Tacoma doors. With the exception of some rear car doors (due to the cutout for the rear wheel well) the first thing a would be parking *&&hole will hit will be the GoRhinos.

Yeah I think the MGM is probably pretty close to "smokey grey". Oh well. I like the idea of a grey truck because my orange "T" and orange blood will go great with it. Hopefully the cement will also show less dirt.

I like this Idea as well, but don't you need to get 3m tape and stick it back on, because once you peal off isn't the stickiness gone?

Whats the best size to run on 16s at stock?

    Is it 265 70 16 or 270 70 16.

I have sport 17s now but going to change them for the off roads and need to pick up tires.
