So I need to convince my work that the password to everyone's employment and financial information needs to be more complicated than their last initial, the @ character, and the date they created it. Example, a typical password would look like "J@20160309". Everyone's user name is their 7 digit employee ID number, which I see people type in all the time. Anytime we have a survey, most people reset their password. So when the next survey comes around, I potentially have access to everyone's account to change their 401k, health insurance, direct deposit, etc after I watch them punch in their ID number, knowing the initial of their last name, and the knowledge they of when they reset their password.

It's not the controller. The wireless controllers on the One are done really well. The controller is the only thing I haven't ran into issues with so far.

Right? I think I play 80% of the time streaming from my PC or my Surface Tablet. (I was sitting in my hot tub playing some games the other day).

So all you Xbox one gears fans, target has the gears ultimate edition for $40 then they have in there cartwheel app another 75% off so comes out to under $12 after tax. So if you haven't already gotten your copy or for the next generation here's your chance, also remember may be worth it just for that extra time on the beta for the new one coming up.

Hey I got a couple kids that have iPhone 5s and they need their batteries replaced. Any of you nerds do it on the side or know of a good place to get it done ? Please PM me if you do.
