Stock Goodyears in snow/ice

How are the stock Off Road tires on snow and ice? I got my truck after it started to thaw so I never had the chance to test them. Trying to figure out if I need to get a better tire for next winter.

 

I was hitting these conditions most weekends through the winter:



However, ice and snow are pretty rare near sea level where I currently live. The stock tires are okay, but not great. If I was slogging through snow everyday I'd absolutely go with something else. For weekend use they are fine.

 

The stock tires on the offroad did very well in the blizzard around here. I was hauling the snow blower back and forth between properties in some pretty crappy conditions with no trouble. In fact I had to be careful to not be too overconfident in it and was a hell of a lot of fun driving in the snow.

 

Never had any issues here in the U.P. of MI
