what's the current lead time? I'll have the funds to order a rear bumper in a couple of days. Just not sure if I want to do tire carrier or not. Do you do quick disco's for the carrier?

We're typically 5-6 months on bumpers. Tire carrier removal is as easy as removing the 1" pivot bolt that holds the arm on.

Are the DIY bumpers still 2-4 weeks? I've been meaning to get one ordered, so I can get it done before summer.

Yes they are, most have been about 3 weeks lately. Look forward to an order from you, let me know if you have any other questions.

Anybody have a Relentless first gen bumper with a ComeUp winch?

I'm wondering where is a good place to remote mount the control/power unit. I'm guessing I'll be able to find a spot inside the bumper but maybe someone else has already done this.

There are some slots on the back that I suppose are for sliding in mounting bolts or maybe just use the bracket on the bottom...

    TIA

You'll want to toss that up under the hood off the inner fender wells somewhere.

Ok thanks Eric. Now that I look at it closer, the contactor unit doesn't seem to be all that weather tight.

ComeUp does show that it can be mounted directly to the winch so I was thinking it would probably work in the bumper.

This outlet from Genius fits nicely in the cutout on the rear first gen bumper. Good for block heater or battery minder connection especially if you like to back into parking spaces and the plug is on the wrong end of the truck. Uses a 2" hole I think.
