Y'all need to quit posting the exterior shots of the Limited.... they aren't all that much different than any other Tacoma 3rd Gen. Post up picks of those awesome hickory seats!!! Those are cool.

 

So other than leather seats, an inch or two larger wheels what does the limited have that the OR and Sport don't have? I struggled with why anyone would buy a sport or limited over the TRD OR. The suspension on the OR is smoother and softer over bumps and rough road. The OR comes with a superior braking system and more off road capability than any of the others. Does the limited have the same Hitachi shocks as the Sport? I think it does. Does the limited come with a diff locker?

 

The only thing I can say for certain is that the seat comfort on the limited is superior than the TRD sport I test drove. The exterior bits are more subjective.. but to me the limited felt more refined than the sport, which is what I was looking for. Kinda hard to describe but it just felt like the right truck.

 

Not everyone is in to looking like they off road or they are the few that actually do. Not everyone likes the black tupper ware plastic look, some prefer the painted pieces and wheel styles. Some don't like the small wheels and wobbly handling. Others like the leather seats and colors as well as the premium options. Different strokes, seems the OR is becoming the must have for poseur's while they wait for the new Raptor to come out...

Here's a photo of mine. In Canada, you can only get JBL in a Limited, plus it comes with a few more goodies thrown in including running boards.

 

LOL Thank You. Unfortunately No I haven't, just he furniture on the back (in the picture). Its actually my Friend's trailer. in fact I had to pull him and the trailer out of his back yard Sunday when he got stuck (2wd)

 

It was easier to find a Limited than a Sport with the options I wanted without ordering. Never considered the OR because this is my first truck and taking it off road wasn't something I was interested in. Of course being on this forum and seeing the amazing photos and how much fun offroading can be has me wondering if I bought the right version.

 

Thanks. I do prefer the wheels on the US version, was a little surprised to see something different here.

 

For you Limited owners who do any off-roading, did you remove the chin spoiler?

 

Here is my Black Limited. Love this truck and make excuses to drive it! Yes, I have the buzz in the steering wheel and gas pedal that so many have mentioned....but I STILL love the truck.

 

Here is my limited short bed. Already lifted and debadged. Waiting on tires now.

 

They are made in Texas. No idea why we get the 17" wheels.

Maybe we're all shorter up here and need the smaller wheel and running boards to climb in.
