I replaced my 2015 Trd Sport with a 2016 Trd Sport. After looking into it for about a month I decided to purchase the 3rd gen. Picked it up last night and I'm pretty happy with it.

Not trying to be critical, just genuine curiosity, what made you trade in the '15 for the '16?

The crew of 2nd Gen owners that have no interest/hate 3rd Gen, yet incessantly post in the 3rd Gen forum will not be pleased with your decision...unless you immediately start bad mouthing the new truck.

    Mods help me out :fingerscrossed:

I didnt trade it in. My 2nd gen was stolen and never recovered. Looked into buying another lightly used 15 but i could find a good deal on it. I would have paid the same amount for either one. Thanks SOCAL

They all know i was looking into it...

I agree, but who cares what they think, I think they have the ugliest Gen Tacoma ever produced but they could care less what I think. It is what it is.

OP, Congrats on your new Taco.

    May I ask?
Did your insurance pay enough for the replacement?

Was it enough to cover the cost of the new truck?

I picked up my 2016 TRD Sport DCSB Superwhite a little over a month ago. I couldn't help but notice the white Corolla in your driveway. Here in Pa. we have the same 2 vehicles and the same color in our garage also. Good Luck with your new truck.

I received enough to cover the new truck. My insurance paid me what i wouldve paid if i didnt get the previous truck at invoice.

    No mine was super white
