Bed Mat

I've had my new taco access cab 6" bed for two days now. I'm also a first time truck owner. And I'm noticing that my golf clubs, hand cart and pretty much every thing I put back there is sliding all over the bed. The bed mat Toyota offers looks like it would work nice, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. Everyone seems to offer up to 2015. Even Amazon's says 2016, but when it says to enter your year and model it says it won't fit.
Does anyone know where I can get the same or comparable quality mat for the 16 that Toyota sells?

 

I don't have an answer for a 2016 OEM mat, but if there isn't one then you might want to look at these mats and cut them to fit. These are popular with people who use them for excercise room floors, garage floors, etc...

I won't say for sure on the long bed, but the short bed old mats fit perfect. Like you have pointed out, the beds are great, but they are slick as snot. My guess is a gen 2 long bed fits the 3rd gen long bed.

Same truck as you, this is the exact one I bought, from this same seller, it fits perfectly, was what I consider very well priced, and free shipping, and I received it in exceptional time.

 

I just ordered the same one. I couldn't get the free shipping, but it was $88.90 plus $10 for shipping. I didn't think that was bad for a long bed mat, especially since you confirmed that it fits and is a good one.

 

the 2015 will fit and it's probably one of the best accessories you can buy. It's super think, durable and shit just won't slide around anymore.

 

The mats are a great addition but you'll likely need a bungee cord or a strap for your golf cart to stop it from flipping over. I have a Sun Mountain golf cart, it doesn't slide with the mat but it will flip over if not secured.

 

It's way heavier duty than I expected and has the tacoma logo etc. You'll love it.

 

Any farmers supply place within the city or outskirts should have thick rubber mat that you can cut to length, in my city its called ufa, and the mat is 5' wide and can be cut any length you like. 6' is about 20$ and it is 5/8" thick.

 

Amazon is wrong with their information, I ordered one from them, it fits just fine and the part number for both the 2015 and 16 is the same. Just be sure to order the LB version for your access cab.

Bought the same bed mat for my LB from the same seller with free shipping, and it made it to my door quickly. It looks like they're charging $10 now for shipping, which isn't too bad; still cheaper than most places.

 

Moved my 15 to the 16...Perfect fit

 

Got mine straight from the dealer when I bought it, was installed when I took delivery. Think the dimensions of the box are the same as a Gen2, just a little deeper.

 

I've had my clubs on the mat, and they barely move. Probably the best accessory i've purchased for the truck.
