Rancho quicklift

I was researching lift kits and saw this rancho quicklift 2.5 in.lift kit .anyone have any experience with this kit it says it's adjustable similar to billistein and price wasn't to bad .is this a new kit I don't remember ever hearing or seeing it before ?
