Specs on audio gear in 2016 Tacoma?

    My new Tacoma came with the "Entune Premium Audio with Integrated Navigation and App Suite," but I've not come across anything that tells me what the specifications of this system are. I wouldn't change the in-dash unit, but I might be interested in upgrading the speakers if that would make sense.

    Would it?

    And what would fit in properly and what sort of car sound shoppe could handle the job without botching it?

    I seriously think adding new speakers is not going to give you what you want. Probably need to add an AMP as well. If you didn't get the sub, you may need one. I have the stock JBL system and it's very good. Personally I see no need to mess with anything.
