Moog lower ball joints & inner/outer tie rods have been holding up quite well.

I never got the chance to try the bolts/cams because they kept sending me the original kit that didn't work

Used a set of these LCA bolts from RockAuto and I'm curious about the rounding. They are being used in a 04' 4Runner, and are compatible according to Moog.

After installation and about 40 miles of driving, I began noticing some clunking on the drivers side when braking or accelerating. If I stopped, the clunk would happen. It would happen again if I accelerated from a stop, but wouldn't happen again until I stopped. I inspected it on the alignment rack, and noticed that the rearward LCA bolt was actually sliding axially (front and back, not side to side as indicated by a failed bushing). Tightened the bolt beyond what I was comfortable with, and the clunk went away.

Drove another 500 miles, and started getting the clunk back. It is intermittent at this point, and is now occurring on both sides. What gives?! Are these bolts stretching or what? If the cam is rounded, would it cause this issue?

I will be contacting Moog today.

Talked to them, and they don't have a torque spec beyond the OE, which is 103 ft/lbs IIRC. They are torqued well beyond that, and I am absolutely stumped as to how these bolts can move forward and back like this.

It sounds like your lower control arm bushings need replacing...

so i've had an issue with my right side wheel camber being a lot more positive than the driver's side (which if fine). after taken to dealership for alignment and inspection, they said that the camber bolts were maxed out. i was wondering how they managed to get one side to factory spec and the other, not. would new camber bolts with washers help?

I'm swapping out this product back to stock LCA cam bolts. Once I do I'll post up pics of the Moog ones.
I'd never recommend these to anyone - the design is shitty.

I went back to stock bolts too. On account of Toyota not putting my SPC bolts back in lol.

Sure, go ahead and get this product. Here's what happens:

Swapped out to OEM - coated them in anti-seize prior to installation.

I had this bolt kit on my old Tacoma. I too had a washer round out...happened right after I watched the tech but the impact gun to the bolt side. Probably had 3 alignments prior to no issues. If your washers are rounding out from driving you have much larger issues as there should be not rotational force on them once installed and torqued.

Still don't see how spc bolts are crap.....
    36+k on mine and fine
I can see user error being a problem if one does not know how they function
And I am no spc fan

So is there any sort of consensus here? I'm changing out the bushing here in a couple weeks. Thinking I need new alignment cams as well. Which one should I be grabbing? Dealer hasn't called me back with a price on the oem toyota ones.

If you want aftermarket get the SPC bolts, Moog==garbage, most people seem to revert back to factory.

I'm just not sure I'll be able to reuse my factory ones. I think they are seized in the bushing but I don't know for sure. I just know the bushings are shot so I'm replacing those. Anybody have a part number for the factory bolts?

Also, is that SPC set for both sides or just one?

If you're swapping the bushings just swap the bolts too. Better to do it all at once IMO.
