I just bought this truck a week ago knowing it had issues but no idea what they were. The truck has no power and I checked the compression and it was 120, 100, 90, 100. They guy I bought it from had new Pistons, rings put in and the head re-worked. He seems to thing that the lifters may be stuck but I have no clue. What's yalls opinion so I can try to get it fixed so I don't waste time with it. Thanks

Check the timing. No power, as in it won't even run or just low on power?

I've done a mod or two
That compression is abysmal. Sounds like stuck valves or really poor adjustment.

It's just really low on power. I also just figured out that is using oil seriously bad. I changed the oil a week ago and I was 4 quarts low. Manual said it holds 5.8 quarts. It doesn't smoke and doesn't leak. So where the heck is it going so fast? That oil change a week ago was with 5w30. I put 15w40 in it this time so I guess we will see what happens.
