The wiring harness diagram at the head unit that I have shows the right front speaker + (green) and right front - (blue). There is a write up in another thread (https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/2016-tacoma-double-cab-audio-install-build.402547/) that discusses the wiring of the tweeters and the door speakers and how the door speaker wires go up to the tweeter. If that's the case then maybe the pink wires are the door speaker wires, the black stripe would be the - by convention. Maybe PM the OP of the above thread, I'm sure he would know.

Just curious what are the blue, green and grey for. I am considering leaving the tweeters in place and adding new surface mount Hertz tweeter on the sail. Any thoughts, thanks a lot

You would have to run some new speaker wire if you choose to do it that way

Does anyone know where to find the color codes for the speakers ?

I changed out the fronts and didn't have I used Light green on left door and Blue on passenger door as the positives. Sounds like I may have wired out of phase to the rears.

    Try these

Hard to see with this photo editor, but on the Left Hand side it is Lavender/Black (Positive) Lavender/White (Negative). On the Right Hand Side its Lavender/Red (Positive), and Lavender/Green (Negative).

Nope that is backwards. Black stripe in this case is positive. White stripe is Negative, and on the other side Red stripe is positive and green stripe is negative.

For the door, Left: Dark Green Positive, Light Green Negative Right Grey Positive, Blue Negative.
