    It's such a good fit for us. Me being ~6'8", I can have my seat funnily back, the wife the same and a full size adult or my boys have plenty of room on the second row.

    Write PLAIN ENGLISH what you two agree on, get a refundable deposit stating under what circumstances the agreement can be broke, or make it non refundable... then just sit on the deposit and wait till you are ready to turn it over.

    I've wanted to learn this and do it as a side business in the past, I get off everyday at noon so figured leaves me a good 4-5hrs In a day to fit in a few hours each day enough to have a route. Just never got up and going with it.
