If you have part numbers on hand thatd be cool but just the parts is really what I was looking for... I am going to order from rock auto for New bolts but I may need the bushings and shit too if I can't get the LCAs from @ckeene9

I know @V5ioV is looking to go this route too. I definitely dig it. Would love to see one of you guys get one going.

Yea I plan on building one. Definitely not spending $15k for one pictured. Just stated that it's basically what I would like to have. If you check out boxrocket's trailer build you'll see what I'll be doing eventually.

Chux, hope you don't mind the trailer-build talk on your build...

I need to school myself on the proper geometry/balance a trailer.... not sure if this would be a problem or not, but I'd like the tongue to be long enough to be able to open the swing out with the trailer still hitched and still.
Not sure if there is a proper ratio on tongue size -to- the size of the cargo area -to- the weight of the trailer...

Maybe I'm just over-thinking it but I don't want to end up with a huge trailer to be able to have a long enough tongue

I think there were a few rules of thumb from what I remember when I built mine. The hitch to trailer axle distance versus the tow vehicle wheelbase plays a role in how the trailer tracks when towing and can effect backing up - I think it boils down to a short trailer with a long wheelbase tow vehicle tracks well going forward and better follows the truck in turns (think the opposite of semi's making wide turns) but can be a pain to back up without jackknifing.

The more important rule of thumb is your tongue weight should be between 10% and 20% of the trailer weight. Outside of that realm can result in the trailer swaying or the trailer pushing the truck around (think the tail wagging the dog).

False. He has a badass new fairing that prevents everything including truck fires. :p

Fabio there was a thread in the BST section for a trailer... I think it was an MRV trailer... Maybe you could called them and ask them questions... Maybe order parts from them and they can help you out with building one...

My friends father converted a boat trailer into a flat bed type trailer for his 4wheelers...

A boat trailer has a really long tongue compared to say a box trailer or a trailer made for loading things on... Thatd be your best bet... And I don't think itd be too hard to chop up the trailer to the size you want either...

Also I have a book on trailers from when I was in school when you are ready to build axles and hubs and stuff id be willing to lend you the book. Or I could scan and turn it into a PDF for ya.

Just installed an Odyssey 31M-PC2150ST Trolling Thunder Marine Battery. All the wiring reached, some with persuasion. Going to lengthen the positive cable to the breaker on the fuse panel but everything's good for now!

Just wanted to say I really like the buggy build, and that battery strap looks way better then the dumb stock one! Was your other battery dead or do you need the extra amps to power accessories?

Also worked with my Tig buddy to finally finish my wind fairing for my custom Prinsu roof rack. Also made a new fishing pole rack. I see the concept on all the Aussie overland rigs and really like it so I based the design off them. Will be getting a welder very shortly so I got some good tips and did some hands on as well.

Thanx Dude! The new battery strap is actually a Pelfreybilt battery cage. The stock battery wasn't officially dead but was on its way out.. With some trips coming up better to be safe than sorry. As far as accessories go the new battery will handle it all.
