At least in my eyes. Yesterday evening, on my way to the gym, this gentleman parks next to me in a 2016 Colorado, I get out and we started talking trucks. The fully loaded Colorado with all the whistles and bells is a beautiful truck. Anyway, I notice his license plate has a Purple Heart and says"Combat Wounded". I ask him about it and he said he has two Purple Hearts, Two Bronze Stars and a Silver Star. He went on and told me about how he was captured and held as a prisoner of war in Vietnam for two years. He then turned around and lifted his shirt showing this long row of very large block numbers tatooed across his back, and numerous scars. He said those were his POW numbers the were put on with a sharp steel rod while he was tied down. Before he left, he told me that he always had owned a truck, but now he only leases one for two years at a time because he did not know how long he would live and he didn't want to burden his family.
