Low Mileage 1994 Toyota Land Cruiser Trade

I am looking to trade my 94 LC with 114,000 miles for a Tacoma(Or a 4runner/Pickup). I am only interested in manual trucks(Automatic fine if you happen to have a 4runner) and it must be 4x4! I can add cash to the right trade. Not looking for beat up or rusty, but I don't expect perfection! I don't mind if it needs minor mechanically work, as long as you are upfront about it! Value is around 6-7 grand on my vehicle(based off of offers I have had for it, as it sits), so I would expect similar unless one of us is adding cash! Unfortunately, it doesn't have lockers. It could use a paint job as the clear coat is peeling, but its 97.63% rust free! The only real rust spot is under the rear window. Also, the check engine light is on for code 28 which is the o2 sensor. I will send or upload quality pics soon, but for the sake of rules I am attaching 2 quick images of it.
