DATES CHANGED TO FRIDAY SATURDAY SUNDAY 8 9 10th

Time to get wheeling season underway and planned out!! I like the idea of leaving on a Thursday and coming back Saturday. Hopefully less trail traffic and gives Sunday to wind down at home with my little dude. Toying with the idea of running the trail from Alpine to Utica and back. Should be doable in a day if we get an early start Friday. Or else just circle back on paved roads depending...

    Video from last years trip
    https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=E2Nh-H5RBk0

Come one come all but too many rigs might be a shit show. May split groups depending on attendance. Your rig should have good tires, lift, and sliders at an ABSOLUTE MINIMUM! Bumpers and skids definitely recommended. A few rigs ran without armor last year but no one wants to watch you bounce your tcase off a rock. Please use your best judgement...

    LETS GO WHEELING!!!

Updated list. Lmk if I missed anyone...

    Going!!

Too bad, but have fun!! I'd also like to plan a Niagara Rim run towards end of summer. Not sure what dates work yet. My sister in San Diego is pregnant and due late August, so I wanna make sure and leave the 15th on open... Maybe early September

    Boom. Done. Yeah Ferny!!!

I had an absolute blast last year. Camping right by Silver Creek with water cascading over granite was awesome! Trail was super fun and only tight in a few spots. Can't wait to go back!

Do you have a full size already? I two strapped mine down to the stock bed loops and wedged against tailgate. Worked great. Have a tire gate on bumper this year :D

She's planning on going, but may change her mind. If wifey and kiddo don't come, I'll gladly take a passenger spotter!

Planning on running the trail Friday. If it helps more people I'm not opposed to switching to fri-sun and wheeling Saturday. I just like the idea of weekday crowds...
