5 inch tuff country lift, adjustable bilsten 5100's. Toyo MT's on 16' wheels. Magma flow muffler. Viper alarm/auto start. Moog sway bar links, tie rod ends and lower control arm bushings.
Also on a stock strut there is only 4" 9/16 rod showing off the shelf I measures mine after installed and I'm right there in the ball park. So I'll just park it after tomorrow and go from there I guess. So what's the most cost effective remove small spacer get new coils . Big ire out how the bump stop crap will work? Having them installed is 200

if you are inclined to do it yourself - its an easy removal of the small spacer- possibly just releasing the knuckle from the uca and taking the shock out and unbolting them, no need for a spring compressor since they sit ontop of tophat. That would be the cheapest solution on getting some travel back and releasing some preload off the coil/strut. As for the bumpstops, im not too familiar with solutions for beyond the 3" lift unless you get air stops- which are expensive and overkill. Finding a solution for the bumpstop might be the easiest route to prevent your struts from snapping or breaking your shock towers from all the impact. From the vid, your stops are far from touching ever when you bottom out.

i think your coils are fine, bumpstops are your priority - you could have somone fab you one like in this photo

Cost effective? Get the slightly stiffer OME 880 coils I linked. Remember to run them with the Bilsteins set at the lowest position (0" lift). I see the Tuff Country kit doesn't come with bump stop extensions ( http://www.tuffcountry.com/wp-content/uploads/instructions/54900.pdf ). Nor does the competing Fabtech 6" kit (http://www.fabtechmotorsports.com/files/FT26000i.pdf ). In my opinion, trying to fabricate something will be too much work.
