    Hello All,

Well I've been following Tacoma World for over a year now and I finally decided to join the team. I've been especially interested in the 3rd gen threads and have been getting some great ideas from the "What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?" thread. There is some great info on this forum and I'm looking forward to getting some advice from you guys.

So a little about myself. I am a former 1st gen owner. I had a 2002 Tacoma Extra Cab 2.7L 4cyl (see below). It was an awesome truck. Ran perfectly with no issues. I ended up selling it because I was going to college and wanted something more fuel efficient. I ended up getting a 2006 Honda Civic and still drive it today. Needless to say, I'm still a huge Toyota fan. One of my favorite trucks of all time would be the 91-94 Toyota 4x4 Pickups with the 22re motor. Bulletproof truck and motor. But being that I've graduated from college now and started working, I'm now ready to jump back into a Tacoma. I'm looking to get a 2017 Tacoma TRD Off Road DCLB w/ JBL package in Magnetic Grey. I've seen a few people on this forum with the same truck and its hard not to go to the dealer and order a 2016 right now. But I've been waiting to get a Tacoma for quite a while now so I might as well wait for the 2017s.

I look forward to being apart of Tacoma World and contributing in any way I can. If you have any questions let me know.

AFAIK, there isn't a difference between the 2016 and 2017, so why wait? (Unless you want the TRD Pro, in which case you have to wait).

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
Sat in a black '16 Limited with sunroof, today. Thank God I'm broke already.
