Forgot about Jack Stack. They are another one of the best.
These are the heart and soul of KC BBQ but there are so many other smaller BBQ joints that are great, or better depending on your personal taste.
It's almost easier to avoid the less than great ones. I'd avoid Wyandotte, Winslows, The Stack
